PRACTICAL USE
• Use as a regular self-care soak — Epsom and Dead Sea salts draw out toxins and ease muscle tension.
• Add to a warm bath (not scalding) and soak for minimum 20 minutes to allow the minerals to absorb.
• Use as a monthly reset bath: the first bath of each new moon cycle to clear the previous month’s energy.
• Pair with candles, soft music, and a journal beside the tub for a complete self-care evening ritual.
RITUAL USE
• Write your new moon intentions on a piece of paper before entering the bath. Hold them in your mind as you soak.
• Add your New Moon Ritual Oil to the bath along with the salts for an amplified, layered working.
• Place Black Moonstone or Labradorite on the edge of the bath while you soak to charge and witness your intentions.
• As you drain the water, visualise everything from the previous cycle draining away — you emerge new.
