Thank you for shopping with Crone & Cauldron. Our products are created and packaged in small batches with care. Please review the information below before placing your order.
Processing Time
Most in-stock orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
Some items may require additional preparation time due to small-batch production, limited inventory, custom requests, seasonal demand, market weekends, holidays, or product availability. In those cases, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or U.S. holidays.
You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Delivery estimates shown at checkout are provided by the carrier and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Carrier transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Crone & Cauldron is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, service disruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shopify allows estimated delivery dates and transit-time ranges to be displayed at checkout, so make sure your shipping settings match the processing time you can realistically maintain.
Shipping Locations
At this time, Crone & Cauldron ships within the United States only.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Address Accuracy
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing checkout.
Crone & Cauldron is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us as soon as possible at croneandcauldron@outlook.com if you notice an address error.
We cannot guarantee address changes, cancellations, or order edits once an order has been processed, packaged, or shipped.
If an order is returned to us because of an incomplete, invalid, or incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Crone & Cauldron is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.
If your tracking information shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, your local post office, and the carrier.
For packages that appear lost in transit, contact us at croneandcauldron@outlook.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will do our best to assist you with the carrier’s claims process when applicable.
Damaged Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at croneandcauldron@outlook.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box.
Please do not discard damaged products or packaging until we have reviewed your request.
Eligible damaged or incorrect orders may be resolved with a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be offered for select orders in the Denton, Texas area when available.
Customers selecting local pickup will receive an email when their order is ready, along with pickup details and instructions. Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.
Orders must be picked up within 14 days of the ready-for-pickup notification unless other arrangements have been approved in writing.
In-Person and Market Purchases
Items purchased at markets, pop-ups, workshops, or other in-person events are not shipped unless shipping is specifically arranged and paid for at the time of purchase.
