Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as quickly as possible if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged orders, and incorrect-order requests are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that certain items, including opened personal-use products, ritual products, custom items, sale items, digital products, classes, and workshop registrations, may be final sale.

Classes, Workshops, and Digital Offerings

Registration for classes, workshops, virtual sessions, downloadable materials, and other educational offerings is non-refundable unless Crone & Cauldron cancels the event.

If an event must be canceled by Crone & Cauldron, customers may be offered a refund, store credit, transfer to a future class, or another reasonable alternative.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they can attend the selected date, time, location, or virtual session. Missed classes, late arrivals, or inability to attend do not qualify for refunds.

All class materials, teachings, handouts, recordings, worksheets, and educational content remain the intellectual property of Crone & Cauldron unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, recorded, resold, taught, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Intellectual Property
