Return & Refund Policy
At Crone & Cauldron, every item is created or prepared in small batches and carefully packaged before it leaves our hands. Because many of our products are handmade, ritual-use, fragrance-based, or intended for personal use, we are unable to accept returns on most items once they have shipped or been purchased in person.
Returns
We accept return requests for unused, unopened, and undamaged non-personal-use items within 14 days of delivery.
To request a return, please contact us at croneandcauldron@outlook.com with your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason for your request. Please wait for return authorization before sending anything back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Approved returns must be received in their original condition, including original packaging, labels, seals, and any included accessories or materials.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, sanitation, and product-integrity reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Ritual oils, body oils, sprays, bath soaks, and other personal-use products that have been opened, used, or removed from their seal
- Candles, incense, herbs, botanicals, spell kits, ritual kits, and other consumable or ritual-use items once opened or used
- Custom, personalized, made-to-order, or specially requested items
- Sale, clearance, discounted, or promotional items
- Gift cards
- Digital products, downloadable materials, classes, workshops, or event tickets
Please note that scent, appearance, color variation, botanical variation, and crystal variation are natural parts of handmade and small-batch products and are not considered defects.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at croneandcauldron@outlook.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box when applicable.
We will review the issue and, when appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Please do not discard damaged items or packaging until we have reviewed your request, as photos or additional information may be needed to process a claim.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Exchanges
Because inventory is limited and products are handmade in small batches, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If an eligible item is approved for return, you may place a new order for the item you prefer once your return has been processed.
In-Person Purchases
Purchases made at markets, pop-ups, or in-person events are final sale unless an item is damaged or defective at the time of purchase.
Please review your purchase before leaving the booth or event whenever possible.
